Rotor Tip Jet Engine

This unique jet engine was especially designed by us for helicopters with rotor tip mounted engines. It's not a noisy, big, stovepipe looking pulse jet that has been widely used, instead it's a quiet, sleek airfoil shaped engine that doesn't loose power due to drag. It starts with a push of a button, no injection of compressed air is needed, or no pre-rotating of the blades. It has a smooth throttle action from idle to maximum thrust. You can build this jet engine yourself, no special tools are required, and parts are available from the local hardware store or plumbing supply.
